Terms & Conditions
The house is available throughout the year. High and mid-seaon lets run from Saturday to Saturday. We are happy to discuss mid-week starts and weekend lets in the Low Season. Rates range from £350 per week to £450 per week.

What's included
Rentals include all bed linen, central heating and electricity. Free Wi-Fi.
The house is on one floor.
What's NOT included
Towels are not provided. No smoking throughout.
Booking Deposit
An initial payment is required at the time of booking. Written confirmation of booking will be provided.

The balance of the payment is due no later than 56 days before arrival. Bookings made sooner than 56 days before arrival will require to be settled in full immediately. Payments not received by the due date, will forfeit the deposit and the booking will be cancelled.
Payment
By credit card, cheque in sterling drawn on a UK clearing bank, or by direct bank transfer. Full details will be supplied at the time of booking.
Changes and Cancellation
Changes to booking dates, provided an alternative is available, can be made up to 56 days prior to arrival at no additional cost. Changes within 56 days of arrival are not permitted.
Cancellations made after a booking has been accepted will incur the loss of the deposit. Cancellations made after final payments have been paid will be rebated, as follows:

It is recommended that guests take out appropriate holiday cancellation insurance at the time of booking.
Damage deposit
The house is cleaned and inspected before each arrival. We hope you will leave it as you find it. A cash deposit of £50 is required with each final payment to cover damage, repairs and extra cleaning. This will normally be returned to visitors within 10 days of departure.
Telephone
Incoming and emergency outgoing calls only. Vodaphone and O2 provide the best mobile coverage in the area. Free broadband wi-fi.
Arrival / Departure
Instructions for access will be provided with the final invoice. The house will be available from 3.30 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated no later than 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
